About My Practice

Finding the right therapist to accompany you on your healing journey can feel overwhelming. I understand how vital it is to feel seen, understood, supported and safe as you navigate the complexities of your inner world and external relationships. I welcome clients of all sexualities, genders, races, relationship structures, kinks, waist sizes, and mannerisms in my practice. The journey begins with me with a free consultation.

My virtual practice focuses on the impact of trauma—particularly attachment-related trauma, developmental trauma, and breaches of safety or trust—on both relationships and the mind-body connection. These issues often manifest in relationships through breakups, conflicts, emotional shutdowns, overthinking, and avoidance patterns. On an individual level, you might experience feelings of “craziness,” racing thoughts, numbness, anxiety, depression, substance use, disordered eating, somatic (body) symptoms, or a whirlwind of competing emotions.

Together, we will create a safe space where you can process your experiences, including traumatic ones, and work towards healing. You will learn to feel safe within your own body and cultivate healthier relationships. Rather than fighting your emotions, you will learn to embrace them, listening to what they have to say. Additionally, we will focus on communicating with your body, moving away from the need to “change” it through internal battles or external soothing techniques.

Trauma therapy is a specialized approach that helps individuals process and heal from the emotional, mental, and physical impacts of past traumatic experiences, fostering recovery and long-term well-being

Mindfulness/Body Oriented Therapies

Mindfulness and body-oriented therapy integrate awareness of the present moment with physical sensations to promote emotional healing, reduce stress, and foster a deeper connection between mind and body.

Clinical Supervision

Available for supervision of recently graduated students working on their hours and interested in a foundational supervision in trauma and related theories (IFS, Somatic Experiencing, EMDR).
